Stakeholder Surveys

Each year we send out anonymous surveys out to family members, professionals which include GPs, Psychiatrists, Social Workers/Care Managers, CPNs etc. and other connected organisation to ask their opinion about how they feel Crossways is achieving its aims and objectives. We value external independent opinion as part of our overall performance monitoring.
