We know that many of our residents want a home of their own and so we have a range of flats and bedsits in the community. Here people can live independently but with social support from the Crossways team and the security of having Crossways as a landlord.
Bethel Court
Built in 2007, Bethel Court has six one-bedroom, self-contained flats and shares a garden with Culverdale (our supported accommodation). These flats are designed for people who are quasi-independent – able to look after themselves with minimal support, preferring to live or remain part of Crossways Community rather than in their own housing association flat.
Independent Flats
We also have a range of independent flats in the Tunbridge Wells area; a one bedroom flat, a two bedroom flat and five recently converted self-contained bedsits.
These are seen as the final step on our residents’ journeys of taking back ownership and the first step towards rebuilding their lives within the community.
