Who runs Crossways Community?

Crossways is ultimately run by directors/trustees who are responsible for the overall control of the charity to ensure that it is properly managed and who define and revise the vision of the charity in keeping with the Articles of Association under which Crossways was originally founded. They also have the responsibility of ensuring that the legal requirements of the Charities Acts and Companies Acts are complied with. Many of their responsibilities are delegated to the Management Team which comprises the Chief Executive, the managers of each of the departments and non-employed members who have had a long connection with Crossways and are sympathetic to its aims. Responsibility for day-to-day activity is delegated to the departmental managers (the three houses and the Admin department) who manage delegated budgets.
