No Previous Experience Needed: Full training provided!
About the role
This role is integral to what we do, and will see you working as part of the dedicated team at our CQC Registered Residential Home in central Tunbridge Wells. Our homes provide a safe and nurturing environment to people who have, or are recovering from mental health issues.

Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for a caring and compassionate individual to join our team on a permanent basis.
The role is full time, working 37.5 hours per week on a shift rota basis, but we would also consider part time, working 30 hours per week.
As our home provides support 24/7, you must be able to work some out-of-hours shifts each week, including early/late shifts, weekends or nights (our nights are sleeping-in shifts).
Essential Requirements:
Positive attitude towards people experiencing mental health difficulties.
Desirable:
Training or experience in mental health support or a Level 2 qualification in social care.
Personal Attributes:
Supportive team player with confidence to share ideas and work creatively.
